The SUDO2020 was arranged by the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology on 3rd and 4th February,2020. It was a grand technical event in which more 700 students participated in various technical events. This event was arranged to showcase the technical skill of the students. Various technical events like Crypt the Treasure, Code Connect,Google Nerds,Cubico,LAN Gaming,QuizMe,Logo Making,Short Film Making and Food Court organized. Winners were awarded the prize & certificate and participants were awarded with the certificate. This event was recognized by the various news channels. The entire event was coordinated by the student team and faculty members of Computer Engineering and Information Technology
Government Engineering College, Modasa was established in 1984 under the Directorate of Technical Education, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar in North Gujarat region with a view to spread out technical education in the region and hence promote industrial development. The institute was affiliated with Hemchandracharaya North Gujarat University (HNGU), Patan from 1984 to 2007. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad from 2008. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
