Industrial Visit at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd and Gujarat Vidhan Sabha

The Industrial Visit was organized for 44 students of Semester IV and VI of the Computer Engineering and Information Technology departments, accompanied by two faculty coordinators, to Kalpataru Projects International Ltd., Gandhinagar on 17 March 2026. The visit was conducted after receiving official approval from the college and confirmation from the company. Its primary objective was to provide students with practical exposure to industrial technologies and professional work culture. During the session, company experts explained the implementation of SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software for managing finance, human resources, inventory, procurement, and business operations. Students gained valuable knowledge about centralized databases, real-time data processing, and integrated enterprise systems used in large organizations. The visit also enhanced students' understanding of current industry practices, teamwork, and project management. The visit also included an educational tour of the Gujarat Vidhan Sabha, where students observed live legislative proceedings and understood the importance of transparency, governance, and accountability in public administration. Overall, the industrial visit successfully bridged the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications, enhancing students' technical knowledge, professional awareness, and understanding of real-world industrial practices. The visit was coordinated by Prof. Pinal J. Patel and Prof. Nilesh D. Goriya.
