SUDO-2026 was successfully organized on 19–20 February 2026 by the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology, Government Engineering College, Modasa. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 507 students, making it a vibrant celebration of innovation, creativity, and talent. The two-day fest featured a wide range of activities including technical events, quiz competitions, gaming contests, art and literature competitions, stage performances, and food stalls. The event provided a dynamic platform for students to showcase their technical expertise, creative expression, and teamwork skills. Winners and runner-up students were felicitated with trophies in recognition of their outstanding performances. All participating students were awarded digital certificates as appreciation for their active involvement. With strong support from faculty members, student coordinators, and volunteers, SUDO-2026 concluded as a grand success and a memorable experience for all.
Government Engineering College, Modasa was established in 1984 under the Directorate of Technical Education, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar in North Gujarat region with a view to spread out technical education in the region and hence promote industrial development. The institute was affiliated with Hemchandracharaya North Gujarat University (HNGU), Patan from 1984 to 2007. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad from 2008. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
